Project Manager - Concessions Consulting Services

Paslay Group is the premier consulting firm specializing in Executive Program Management for capital development programs. They are seeking a Project Manager for Concessions Consulting Services to lead engagements, collaborate with airport leaders, and enhance concessions program performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute client concessions consulting engagements
• Collaborate with airport leaders to execute the project plan
• Schedule resources and develop concessions master plans
• Develop and execute RFPs and manage day-to-day client interactions
• Lead cross-functional teams and apply overall airport functions knowledge
• Develop business strategies to improve concessions program performance
• Collaborate with executive leaders and stakeholders to communicate strategies and secure support
• Develop and review financial analytics to inform strategies and tactics
• Develop business models for optimizing airport revenues
• Review and facilitate quality concessions design and construction
• Develop KPIs to track program performance, assess risks, and guide programs toward timely completion

Requirements:

• B.A. in business, economics, finance, or a related field
• 10 years' experience in airport concessions management. Familiarity with airport planning, building design, and construction. Experience leading concessions planning, leasing, operations, and financial performance
• Ability to collaborate and to perform independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT, etc.)
• U.S. citizenship. Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Experience delivering professional, persuasive communications to senior leadership and executives, both written and verbal
• Exceptional critical thinking and business strategy skills
• Ability to travel as needed
