Engineering Manager – AI Product Platform

Trispoke Managed Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing SaaS engineering team responsible for evolving a modern web platform while driving the development of next-generation AI-powered capabilities. The ideal candidate will manage engineering teams, improve delivery execution, and lead legacy-to-modern product transformations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in a SaaS product environment
• Drive Agile/Scrum processes, sprint planning, retrospectives, estimation, and delivery execution
• Establish predictable engineering practices and improve team productivity
• Lead modernization initiatives while supporting existing production platforms
• Manage parallel workstreams across legacy and next-generation AI-enabled products
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Technical Leadership to execute product roadmaps
• Manage hybrid engineering teams, including internal engineers and external vendors/contractors
• Ensure successful knowledge transfer, vendor transition, and engineering continuity
• Coach engineers through career development, mentorship, and technical leadership growth
• Promote engineering excellence through CI/CD, code reviews, testing, observability, and operational best practices
• Help integrate AI/ML capabilities into customer-facing products

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 7 12+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 8+ engineers
• Experience leading SaaS product engineering teams
• Proven success managing legacy platform modernization while delivering new products
• Experience delivering AI-powered or Agentic AI features into production
• Experience managing hybrid teams consisting of employees and external vendors/contractors
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and engineering delivery best practices
• Experience improving engineering processes, sprint execution, and release predictability
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM integrations, AI Agents, or AI-assisted product development
• Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and distributed systems
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, monitoring, and observability
• Ability to review architecture and provide technical guidance without being an individual contributor
• Experience working with modern SaaS web applications
