We're looking for a creative and proactive Content & Social Media Executive to manage our online presence across social media platforms. You'll create engaging content, coordinate podcasts and videos, and help build a strong brand voice.
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other social platforms.
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Write captions, posts, newsletters, and short-form marketing copy.
Coordinate the production and publishing of podcasts and video content.
Work with designers and video editors to create compelling creatives and reels.
Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.
Track social media performance and share insights with the team.
Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
Assist in planning campaigns, product launches, and events.
1–3 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
Familiarity with podcast publishing platforms is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience working with founders or startup teams.
Understanding of personal branding and thought leadership.
Basic SEO and content marketing knowledge.
Interest in AI tools for content creation and productivity.
