- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Provide friendly, accurate, and timely customer support
- Assist clients with completing basic online forms and updating information
- Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate and confidential customer records
- Utilize company systems to manage daily tasks and customer interactions
- Participate in virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
