Table22 is a growth platform for hospitality, helping restaurants and culinary creators increase revenue through AI-powered tools. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying leads, building relationships with hospitality operators, and collaborating with the team to generate a steady pipeline of qualified merchants.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect & qualify new leads across CRM, inbound, and outbound channels
- Own outreach via email, phone, and social (HubSpot sequences, Instagram DM, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Engage operators — understand their business, challenges, and fit for Table22
- Collaborate with AEs to schedule demos, craft messaging, and share learnings
- Test and optimize outbound cadences, lead scoring, and campaign performance
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene — track activities, update lead stages, and contribute to pipeline reporting
- Feed intelligence back to marketing, data, and product teams on what’s working (and what’s not)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales-adjacent role
- Excellent communicator with empathy for small business owners and hospitality operators
- Top-tier written and spoken English
- Exceptionally organized, self-directed, and metrics-driven
- Hungry to learn — curious about AI tools, GTM systems, and how restaurants grow
- Comfortable operating in a high-velocity environment where iteration is constant
- SaaS, hospitality tech, or agency experience a plus
- Deep interest in food, restaurants, and culinary culture (including and especially within the U.S.)
