PIMCO Dynamic Income Fund is a leading closed-end fixed-income fund managed by PIMCO, seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join their team on a part-time basis. The role focuses on providing exceptional service as a key point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, handling them in a professional and timely manner via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate and clear information regarding our fund and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution wherever possible
- Maintain precise and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, patient demeanour
- Proficiency in using standard office software and CRM systems
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- A keen interest or prior experience in the financial services industry would be highly advantageous
