Pharmaceutical Commercial Operations and Analytics Project Manager (Contract)

Atrium is seeking a Pharmaceutical Commercial Operations and Analytics Project Manager to deliver PMO and project management support for POVE Commercial Analytics and Commercial Ops initiatives. The role involves project planning, governance, and reporting to ensure effective coordination among cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Integrated project planning (milestones, dependencies, critical path)
• RAIDD management with clear ownership and mitigation tracking
• Executive-ready weekly status reporting (RAG, risks/issues, decisions)
• Cross-team dependency management and proactive escalation
• Governance cadence and leadership forum support
• Readiness assessment and prioritization: Pressure-testing readiness and helping define MVP vs. post-launch priorities in the areas of:
• Insights & analytics enablement: Supporting early-stage decision-making through proxy signals
• Commercial operations readiness: Ensuring foundational capabilities are in place across customer data, CRM, sampling, territory alignment, and reporting

Requirements:

• Experience in Program Management/Project Management within Commercial Biotech/Pharma
• PMP required
• Robust project planning, governance, and reporting skills
• Integrated project planning (milestones, dependencies, critical path)
• RAIDD management with clear ownership and mitigation tracking
• Executive-ready weekly status reporting (RAG, risks/issues, decisions)
• Cross-team dependency management and proactive escalation
