Full timie CMA position. Practice specialty: Neurological Surgery & Complex Spine. Hours of operation: Mon- Fri 8 am - 4:30 pm.
Job Description:
Medical Assistant needed for a fast-paced neurosurgery/pain management practice in our Kailua office. The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following: assisting the doctor with appointments and in-office procedures, rooming patients and doing vitals, answering multi-line phones, monitoring supplies and preparing the room for procedures, providing excellent customer service to our patients.
Job Duties:
We are looking for a hard-working, energetic, dependable
and punctual person. EXCELLENT interpersonal skills and attention to detail
are a must. Must have good computer skills. Experience in a Neurosurgery/Pain
Management office is a plus!
Requirements
- Medical Assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
- EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical Terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- License: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) (Preferred)
- CPR / BLS
- No covid vaccine is necessary
