Duties:
The
individual in this role will be instrumental in supporting the management and
enhancement of the
Hearing
Conservation Program, with a primary focus on performing hearing testing for
both current,
employees
and new hires. This role is essential for maintaining adherence to regulations
set forth by federal, state, and local agencies, such as the Occupational
Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Schedule and conduct hearing testing for current
employees and new hires enrolled in the Hearing Conservation Program
(HCP).

Manage and maintain audiometric testing equipment and
supplies.

Manage hearing health notifications: Inform employees
of any hearing health changes in compliance with OSHA regulations and
schedule necessary retests within required timelines.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all hearing
tests and conservation measures.

Collaborate with the safety team to develop and
implement effective hearing conservation strategies.

Review safety program policies, procedures, and
training to ensure compliance with federal, state, ad local regulations
such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)

Educate employees on hearing conservation practices.

Prepare reports and analysis on hearing test outcomes
and program effectiveness.

Provide support for Respiratory Protection Program by
reviewing, processing, and maintaining all respirator fit testing records
within applicable systems/databases.

Provide support across various Environmental, Health
and Safety (EHS) programs, including but not limited to, Bloodborne Pathogens
and Hazard Communication.

Assist with developing EHS workflows, handbooks, and/or
user guides.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
-
High school diploma (or GED equivalent).

2 years of customer service experience.

1 year of administrative/clerical experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database
management.
