As a Medical Assistant, you will:

Greet and register patients according to established protocols
-
Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including
medical insurance information
-
Answer multi-line phone calls and return calls
-
Collect payments
-
Respond and comply to requests for information
-
Share information gathered from patient with appropriate team members in a
more comprehensive care of the patient

Prepare examination room
-
Explain care to patients
A Day in the Life:
-
Schedule patient appointments
-
Coordinate patient care through the clinic-waiting room, exam room
-
Measure vital signs (Blood pressure, heart rate, weight etc.)

Maintain and manage patient records
-
Assist in medical procedures
-
Complete other clerical duties as assigned -Maintain office supplies and
ensure office is well maintained, neat, and cleaned"
Requirements

We are excited about you if you have these things:

A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook
Scheduling and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures

Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks

High school diploma is required
