Full time Patient Account Representative position. Mon- Fri 8 am- 5 pm.
"A local, healthcare company is hiring for an Patient Account Representative to support their team’s operations.
As a Patient Account Representative, you'll handle billing inquiries from patients and clients through various channels while providing top-notch customer service. You'll also manage account updates, process payments, document activities meticulously, and ensure necessary follow-ups for billing reconciliation and analysis, including error correction, report generation, and resolution of payment denials. "
Requirements
"Minimum requirement includes a high school diploma plus 1 year experience in customer service and alphanumeric keying at 7,000 ksph.

- Drug Test
- TB Clearance Documentation (one of the options below):
- Two-step tuberculin skin test done within the past 3 months. A two-step tuberculin skin test consists of an initial negative (<10 mm in transverse diameter) tuberculin skin test followed by a second tuberculin skin test placed 1-3 weeks later and read as negative.
- OR two-step tuberculin skin test done in the past AND one (1) negative tuberculin skin test within the past three (3) months.
- OR one (1) negative tuberculin test done within the past twelve (12) months AND one (1) negative tuberculin skin test within the past three (3) months.
- OR Negative TB Blood Test within the past three (3) months, such as QuantiFERON Gold
- OR If there is a history of a positive tuberculin skin test, a negative chest x-ray (PA) done within the past twelve (12) months"
