Buzz Solutions is seeking a hands-on Product Manager focused on product execution and feature development. The role involves cross-functional coordination and delivery operations, working closely with various teams to define and deliver product capabilities across the PowerAI platform.
Responsibilities:
- Translate customer needs, business priorities, and leadership direction into actionable product requirements
- Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and release documentation
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with leadership and engineering
- Coordinate feature development through planning, sprint execution, testing, release, and post-launch evaluation
- Help drive clarity when requirements, priorities, or scope are ambiguous
- Partner closely with the engineer, UI/UX design, customer support, and solutions engineering team
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming release reviews, and product discussions
- Help ensure product releases align with intended customer workflows and business objectives
- Collaborate with UI/UX design on feature workflows, user experience, and interaction patterns
- Contribute to feature-level solution design, edge-case analysis, and usability improvements
- Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal teams and support tickets and product usage
- Help improve product development processes, release coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
- Support the development of scalable product management practices as the organization scales
- Contribute to release readiness, launch checklists, QA coordination, and phase-gate processes
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in SaaS Product Management or similar product-focused roles
- Experience shipping software products in close partnership with engineering teams
- Strong experience writing product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a growing and evolving environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Comfortable influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Experience balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities
- Experience with AI-enabled products, machine learning platforms, or data-driven SaaS applications
- Experience working with Agile or Scrum-based development teams
- Technical background or ability to work effectively with engineering teams on technical concepts
- Experience in utility, infrastructure, industrial, or enterprise SaaS environments
- Familiarity with product analytics, feature adoption metrics, and release management processes
