Business Development Representative

MDVIP is a national leader in personalized healthcare, empowering over 425,000 members to achieve their health and wellness goals through a network of more than 1,400 concierge primary care physicians. The Business Development Representative will drive revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads through strategic cold outreach and will collaborate with the sales organization to secure new client meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients using cold outreach strategies, including email campaigns, phone calls, LinkedIn messaging, and other digital platforms
• Research & Targeting: Conduct research to understand prospects' industries, pain points, and needs to tailor outreach efforts effectively
• Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their requirements, assess their fit for our services/products, and pass qualified leads to the sales team
• Maintain CRM: Keep accurate records of prospect interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline activities in the CRM system
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and improve lead conversion rates
• Metrics-Driven: Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and qualification goals while continuously improving outreach techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• One (1) year in a similar role (sales development, business development, or lead generation) with experience in cold outreach
• Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically selling into doctor's offices
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other major CRM platforms
