Job Title: Oracle Fusion Functional Systems Analyst
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements for Oracle Fusion integrations.
- Develop functional specifications, process flows, mapping documents, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support the design and implementation of approximately 20 enterprise integrations.
- Validate integration designs against Oracle Fusion best practices and organizational standards.
- Support Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assist with defect analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Support go-live activities, cutover planning, hypercare, and post-production validation.
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing functional support.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Functional Systems Analyst supporting enterprise application integrations.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including at least 2 of the following:
- Oracle Projects (PPM)
- Oracle Financials (ERP Cloud)
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
- Experience supporting integrations involving project costing, labor, supplier, financial, scheduling, or operational data.
- Ability to gather business requirements and create detailed functional design documentation.
- Experience supporting development teams through design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with timekeeping system integrations (UKG, Passport, HCSS) is a plus.
- Construction or project-based industry experience is preferred but not required.
