Position: Senior Project Manager

Job Description: Senior Project Manager to lead a complex, multi-workstream revenue lifecycle replacement project. Manage vendor and internal teams, drive budget and schedule, mitigate risks, and deliver value through a full project lifecycle. Will collaborate with senior leadership, vendors, and technology leads to ensure best practices and governance are followed. Requires hands-on involvement in day-to-day execution, strong stakeholder management, and proven ability to deliver large-scale programs with multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vendors, consultants, and IT/business staff; oversee day-to-day project activities
• Track budget/expenditures, develop schedules, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery
• Develop and present executive-level status updates and governance artifacts
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement activities, and resource planning
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, estimation, and planning across multiple workstreams

Required / Desired Skills:

• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Deep experience with Agile and Waterfall PM practices; able to run Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall effectively
• Active PMP certification
• 10+ years in project management; 5+ years leading large programs with multiple workstreams
• Solid SDLC understanding; able to communicate technology concepts to business/technical audiences
• Experience in vendor management and cloud-based SaaS implementations
• Experience with data modernization and Enterprise Data Warehouse is highly desired
• Familiarity with RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and complex initiatives
• Healthcare domain experience is highly desired
