Job Title: Technical Lead / Solutions Architect

About the Role
We are launching STEP 2.0, an AI-native application designed to replace the current STEP (Systematic Tracking of Exchanges in Procurement) platform. This initiative is PMO-led and operates on an aggressive delivery timeline across multiple Agile pods.
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead / Solutions Architect with a strong technical background and exceptional execution skills. The ideal candidate will connect teams across multiple pods, validate end-to-end technical designs, coordinate integrations, and ensure overall delivery readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical lead across multiple Agile pods, ensuring solutions integrate seamlessly end-to-end.
Drive execution, release readiness, and technical coordination across teams.
Evaluate solution architecture, technical design, and data flow to ensure scalable and effective implementations.
Partner with PMO leadership and pod leads to manage technical dependencies, sequencing, and delivery planning.
Get hands-on with development, integrations, and technical problem-solving when needed.
Help "stitch together" all systems and applications impacted by the STEP 2.0 platform.
Challenge technical assumptions and recommend improvements where appropriate.
Guide cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, execution, and delivery success.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience as a Technical Lead or Solutions Architect in large-scale, multi-team delivery environments.
Proven track record of driving execution, managing releases, and delivering complex technical programs.
Ability to operate with a "mile wide, inch deep" approach—broad technical knowledge with the ability to quickly understand and connect multiple systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Required Technical Skills
Strong Python development experience (required).
Experience with application integrations, APIs, and end-to-end data flows.
Ability to understand downstream impacts across interconnected systems.
Experience working across modern application architectures and distributed systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI-native or AI-enabled applications.
Knowledge of Procurement systems or Supply Chain applications.
Experience supporting PMO-led, multi-pod Agile delivery programs.
