Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and OmniStudio.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance best practices.
Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer, Health Cloud Consultant.
Experience working in Healthcare or Life Sciences environments.
Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, or healthcare interoperability standards is a plus.
