IBM ODM Developer

Introduction:

As an IBM ODM Developer, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) to develop and implement business rules and decision management solutions. Join our team and contribute to the success of our projects by leveraging your skills in ODM.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing business rules using IBM Operational Decision Manager
• Implementing decision services and decision tables
• Integrating ODM with other systems and applications
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business rules and requirements
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for ODM solutions
• Staying current with industry best practices and trends in decision management and business rules

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)
• Strong understanding of business rules management and decision management concepts
• Proficiency in Java programming and J2EE technologies
• Experience with integration of ODM with enterprise applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in IBM ODM
• Experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) or IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)
• Knowledge of web services and RESTful APIs
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
