Maintenance / Housekeeping II - ONC

We are recruiting for the following position:

Sea Mar is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance/Janitorial Staff member to ensure our facilities remain safe, sanitary, and welcoming for patients, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, offices, and common areas

· Disinfect surfaces and properly dispose of biohazard and general waste

· Maintain yard and exterior areas (mowing, trimming, debris and snow removal)

· Perform minor repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, lighting)

· Monitor building safety systems (smoke alarms, lighting, ventilation)

· Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment

· Follow all safety and health guidelines

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED preferred

· Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor

· Basic math and reading skills

· Maintenance or janitorial experience preferred (training provided)

· Annual TB test required

Work Environment

· Indoor and outdoor work

· Exposure to weather and cleaning chemicals

· Fast-paced healthcare setting
