Business Analyst-Banking Sector (PRBA0726)-6 months contract

PRIORITY Quality Consultants is seeking Mid-Level Business Analysts on behalf of one of the leading financial institutions in Greece. Successful candidates will join a high-performing Project Governance & Delivery team, contributing to the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across the organization.

The initial engagement is project-based, with strong potential for extension based on project needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories and functional documentation.
• Analyze and model business processes (As-Is / To-Be) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business test scenarios.
• Develop process flows, operational documentation and user manuals where required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.
• Support multiple concurrent projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector will be considered a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and project delivery lifecycles (Agile and/or Waterfall).
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and documentation.
• Familiarity with UAT preparation and execution.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
