15+ years of software engineering experience.
10+ years designing and delivering enterprise-scale distributed systems.
8+ years leading large-scale API platforms.
Demonstrated success influencing multiple teams without direct authority.
Experience leading architecture and governance programs across large organizations.
Proven record resolving complex cross-team technology conflicts.
