Business Development Support Executive

Everywhen is a company focused on enhancing customer experience, and they are seeking a proactive Business Development Support Executive to join their Bravo Business Development team. The role involves supporting BDMs, engaging with members, and ensuring a high-quality service that strengthens relationships within the network.

Responsibilities:

• Providing day‑to‑day administrative and operational assistance
• Ensuring actions are completed accurately and on time
• Responding promptly and professionally
• Preparing and distributing MI packs and performance reports
• Maintaining strong working relationships across our network
• Delivering training and support on Bravo systems and processes
• Arranging travel, accommodation and meeting coordination for the BDM team
• Assisting with campaigns, presentations and business development initiatives
• Managing your own panel of members and maintaining monthly contact

Requirements:

• Experience in sales support, administration, customer service or account management
• Confident communication skills — written, verbal and over Teams/phone
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy, especially in reporting
• A collaborative, positive approach and a genuine desire to help others succeed
• Ideally, exposure to commercial insurance or financial services
