Project Manager, Growth & Product Development US

SAMY is a global powerhouse redefining brand communication for a social-first world. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support their Growth Department, focusing on new business initiatives, strategic product expansions, and high-stakes pitches.

Responsibilities:

• Pitch & Proposal Management: Coordinate end-to-end process for client pitches and business proposals. Gather internal resources, assign tasks, and compile materials to ensure we deliver winning presentations on time
• Knowledge & Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and audit the department’s repository of case studies, pitch decks, and templates to ensure the team has instant access to up-to-date, client-ready materials
• Market Analysis & Insights: Help coordinate research and analysis of new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes to support growth decisions
• Strategic Collaboration: Actively participate in strategic discussions regarding new business directions and product development pathways, taking actionable notes and driving next steps
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the connective tissue between the US Product Head and internal teams (creative, data, strategy) to ensure project milestones are met

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, account management, or growth marketing
• US-based
• Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A deep interest in and up-to-date knowledge of social media marketing, creator economy trends, and digital platforms
• Proven ability to leverage generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or platform-native AI features)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
• Extreme ownership mindset
• Obsessively detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in project management, account management, or growth marketing (agency or tech environment is a plus)
• Location: Miami, FL is highly preferred (hybrid/local), but we are open to remote candidates in other major US cities
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or Notion) is a major plus
