Project Manager

Risus Talent Partners is partnering with a growing organization in the modular construction space to hire an experienced Project Manager. This role involves overseeing customer projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with scope while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, quotes, and supporting documentation to ensure full project understanding
• Participate in customer design review meetings and internal coordination discussions
• Track and document design/specification changes and coordinate change orders
• Partner with sales/estimating to align on cost impacts and approvals
• Support coordination of project submittals (cut sheets, etc.)
• Research and help resolve specification, structural, and code-related issues
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding timelines, deliverables, and outstanding items
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with expectations

Requirements:

• Strong project management experience in construction or a related industry
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with modular manufacturing processes and project workflows
• Must be able to pass a background check
• 5+ years of modular construction experience preferred (or 10+ years in construction without modular)
