Machine Learning Engineer

Investigo is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join a high-performing Machine Learning Science team. The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling large-scale model development and will work closely with machine learning scientists, computational biologists, and software engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Building scalable deep learning pipelines and deploying AI/ML systems in cloud-based environments
• Enabling large-scale model development using complex, high-dimensional datasets
• Supporting cutting-edge research in areas such as genomics, disease detection and advanced computational biology
• Designing, optimising and deploying the infrastructure required to support robust, reproducible and scalable model training and inference
• Leveraging GPU-accelerated computing environments to enable efficient training and deployment of large-scale deep learning models

Requirements:

• Strong experience building scalable deep learning pipelines
• Experience deploying AI/ML systems in cloud-based environments
• Experience with large-scale model development using complex, high-dimensional datasets
• Experience supporting research in areas such as genomics, disease detection and advanced computational biology
• Hands-on experience with GPU hardware
• Experience with distributed training frameworks
• Experience with performance optimisation techniques
