Senior Product Designer (Dil Mil)

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is one of the world's largest groups of social discovery companies, uniting millions of users on dozens of products. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to gather and analyze business data, collaborate with development teams, and design user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement. And evaluate business processes and conduct research, such as surveys, to pinpoint potential issues
• Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders. Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department
• Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives. Produce written reports summarizing data analysis
• Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes. Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes
• Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process
• Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources. Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience
• UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma
• Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces. Ensure that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience

Requirements:

• Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products
• Using both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your decisions
• Provision of high-quality Design and Technical documentation
• Being familiar with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative. And having expertise in conducting them, such as interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests
• Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence
• Being a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight
