Digital Marketing Intern (LinkedIn Growth & Funnel Building)

Acadium is a company focused on making education accessible and providing real work experience. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to assist in launching a new online course, driving traffic, sign-ups, and early sales while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• You will support the full pre-launch and launch process, including:
• Building a marketing plan for a new online course, from positioning through to launch
• Creating and growing LinkedIn content as the primary channel, including experimentation with short-form video
• Supporting email list building and funnel copywriting using Kajabi
• Designing and optimizing a lead magnet funnel
• Supporting a first product launch, including:
• A live “brand kickoff” webinar
• A free lead magnet offer to build the audience

Requirements:

• Strong interest in digital marketing, especially funnels, content, and lead generation
• Working knowledge or willingness to learn LinkedIn growth strategy and content creation (including short-form video)
• Familiarity with email marketing and basic funnel concepts (lead magnets, landing pages, webinars)
• Experience or exposure to tools like Kajabi (or similar platforms such as ConvertKit, HubSpot, ClickFunnels)
• Strong writing ability for marketing copy and social media content
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage launch environment
• Ability to think experimentally and iterate quickly based on performance
• Based in Toronto or open to occasional in-person collaboration
