Senior Business Analyst

Concentrix is a global technology and services leader that powers the world’s best brands. They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to document current-state processes, design data-driven future states, and support strategic decision-making while working closely with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Document and analyze current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Define future-state solutions using data analysis and external research
• Partner with stakeholders during Agile ceremonies and PI planning
• Decompose epics into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Track and report on KPIs, insights, and business outcomes
• Support cross-functional teams with data-driven recommendations and process improvements

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong background in process documentation, requirements gathering, and user story development
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking
• Experience with Jira, Snowflake, and Tableau
