Chief Financial Officer

Tiltedxyz is a consumer AI super-app designed for the next generation of creators. They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to build the financial operations and strategies that will support their ambitious product goals and manage investor relations, pricing, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial preparation and execution of our upcoming venture round: financial model, data room, diligence, and term negotiation
• Build and defend the metrics investors underwrite on CAC, retention cohorts, DAU/MAU, conversion, gross margin — and instrument the company to report them reliably
• Own the ongoing investor reporting cadence and board-level financial materials
• Own pricing and packaging economics across our subscription tiers, usage-based compute credits, and marketplace fees
• Model and manage AI infrastructure costs (cloud compute, model inference) against gross-margin targets, and set the guardrails for sustainable scaling
• Build the 18-month operating plan tied to fundraising milestones, and run scenario planning as the business evolves
• Stand up scalable accounting, FP&A, treasury, and procurement functions (initially hands-on, hiring as we grow)
• Oversee revenue operations across Stripe subscription billing, marketplace settlement, and creator payouts
• Establish treasury policy covering both fiat and digital assets (ETH, USDC, SOL), including custody, controls, and reporting
• Partner with counsel on the regulatory dimensions of a real-money creator marketplace and crypto-integrated payments (money transmission, KYC/AML, tax reporting for creator earnings)
• Own audit readiness, insurance, and corporate risk management
• Ensure financial and contractual rigor across vendor, partner, and platform agreements
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and executive team on capital allocation, hiring plans, and expansion decisions
• Build and lead the finance team as the company scales
