 Job Summary 
We are seeking an experienced Technical Test Lead   Performance Testing to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in NeoLoad and SAP Performance Testing, with proven experience in developing performance testing strategies, designing and executing performance test scripts, and delivering comprehensive performance analysis reports.

This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure applications meet performance and scalability requirements.
 
 
Required Skills

• 8 10 years of Performance Testing experience

• Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad

• Experience with SAP Performance Testing

• Ability to create Performance Test Strategy and understand Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)

• Experience developing, executing, and analyzing performance test scripts

• Strong client-facing communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Performance Engineering

• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to gather performance requirements.

• Develop performance test strategies and test plans.

• Design and execute NeoLoad performance test scripts for SAP applications.

• Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and prepare performance reports.

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
