Principal Experience Designer

We are seeking a Principal or Senior Experience Designer to lead the design of innovative digital products and shape product strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong UX expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive end-to-end product design with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital products, SaaS platforms, and workflow optimization tools.
• Create user-centered experiences, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, CX, Research, and Engineering teams to define product strategy and deliver impactful solutions.
• Present design concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Mentor designers and help establish design standards and best practices.
• Contribute to design systems and ensure high-quality, consistent user experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UX, Product, or Experience Design.
• Expertise with Figma and designing complex digital products or SaaS applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience working independently in Agile environments.
• Experience building or maintaining design systems is a plus.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry experience is highly preferred.

Work Model: Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Interview Process: Three video interviews, including a portfolio presentation.
