Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP-PI & QM Consultant to support S/4HANA post-go-live stabilization, hypercare, and ongoing enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in SAP Production Planning for Process Industries (PP-PI) and Quality Management (QM), with extensive experience supporting manufacturing operations and resolving production-critical issues in enterprise S/4HANA environments.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid role based in Richardson, TX.
• Work closely with business users, manufacturing teams, quality teams, ABAP developers, and integration teams.

Key Skills Required:

• 15+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP PP-PI and SAP QM modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, stabilization, and hypercare support.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production execution, and quality management.
• Experience with Process Orders, Recipe Management, MRP, Demand Planning, and Batch Management.
• Expertise in Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Usage Decisions, Results Recording, and Batch Quality Management.
• Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA), incident management, and defect resolution experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting post-go-live stabilization projects.
• Knowledge of SAP integration and collaboration with ABAP development teams.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing or process industries.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide S/4HANA post-go-live stabilization and hypercare support.
• Resolve production incidents, defects, and system issues while minimizing business disruption.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions.
• Support SAP PP-PI processes including process orders, production execution, recipe management, MRP, demand planning, and batch management.
• Configure and support SAP QM processes including inspection planning, quality notifications, usage decisions, results recording, and defect management.
• Collaborate with ABAP and integration teams to resolve complex production issues.
• Lead business workshops for requirements gathering and issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvements across manufacturing and quality management processes.
• Ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to S/4HANA best practices.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP PP-PI and SAP QM.
• Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA stabilization and hypercare activities.
• Experience working in manufacturing and process industry environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
