AI Product Manager

Job Title: AI Product Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise AI product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI use cases, copilots, workflow agents, and automation solutions.
• Partner with business leaders, PMO, Engineering, IT, and Operations to drive AI initiatives.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Power Automate, and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable AI product solutions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, MVP, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, product requirements, and success metrics.
• Drive AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Monitor AI adoption, product performance, KPIs, ROI, and business value.
• Build executive dashboards, reports, and AI adoption playbooks.
• Lead cross-functional teams while mentoring product owners, analysts, and AI champions.
• Promote best practices in prompt engineering, AI workflows, automation, and continuous innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience leading enterprise technology or AI initiatives.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Microsoft 365 Graph, or Power Automate solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI/Generative AI, workflow automation, and digital transformation.
• Experience translating business requirements into product roadmaps and AI solutions.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI agents, automation workflows, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Strong experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience defining product KPIs, adoption metrics, ROI, and product analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
