Requirement/Must Have:
- 2 4 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality, food, and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, events, and team activities.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand goals and recommend themes, catering, setup, and decor.
- Manage all event logistics including catering, AV, space setup, and coordination with IT/facilities.
- Directly responsible for event setup, teardown, and on-site execution.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
- Track budgets, expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Order and maintain food, snacks, and event supplies.
- Create event timelines, diagrams, and post-event follow-ups.
- Support employee engagement through seasonal events, pop-ups, and special programs.
