Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with a strong background in high-volume BPO/call center recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for customer service and customer retention roles, organizing and participating in job fairs, and building local talent pipelines in and around the Augusta, GA area.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-technical positions, primarily within the BPO/customer service domain.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent.
Recruit for high-volume customer service, customer support, and customer retention positions.
Post job openings across job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
Build and maintain local talent pipelines through networking, referrals, community outreach, and recruiting events.
Plan, organize, and represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives.
Maintain accurate candidate records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline health.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Stay updated on employment laws and recruiting best practices.
3+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Strong experience recruiting for BPO, Contact Center, Call Center, Customer Service, or Customer Retention roles.
Proven experience with high-volume hiring.
Hands-on experience organizing and participating in job fairs and hiring events.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, social media recruiting, and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment best practices.
Experience recruiting in the Augusta, GA market or nearby areas.
Strong local networking and community recruiting experience.
Experience working with staffing agencies or contract-to-hire hiring models.
Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED with relevant recruiting experience will also be considered.
