We are looking for Custodian for our client in Baltimore, MD

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $11.39hr - $16.39hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 1+ years of experience in custodial or cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

• Cleans, sweeps, vacuums, and polishes floors.
• Uses various tools, equipment, and cleaning materials to include, but not limited to hand power scrubbing and polishing equipment, small and large vacuum cleaners, large commercial type buffer, broom, dust brush, dust pan, wet and dry mop, bucket mop wringer, special cleaning solution, and chemical cleaners.
• Operates designated floor equipment to include auto-scrubbers, burnishers, buffers, carpet extractors to strip, scrub, and shampoo and wax floors, all surface cleaners, or other large mechanical machines at least 3 days per week as a primary duty.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in operating these machines.
