About this role
Responsibilities:
- General maintenance of all facilities and property.
- General upholstery work and maintenance, including furniture and Table Games layouts.
- With guidance from supervisory personnel, perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks required for proper maintenance and upkeep of the property.
- Follow outline of preventive maintenance as scheduled.
- Answer all calls promptly and professionally.
Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators.
- Ability to perform basic painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects related to maintenance of the property.

- Required to stand and walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, and controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear.

- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Exposure to variable temperatures, smoke, steam, and wet areas.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually somewhat loud.
Target Salary Range:
$21.00 to $23.50
