Le Centre Canadien d'Architecture (CCA) est une institution de recherche et un musée international fondé sur la conviction que l'architecture est d’intérêt public. Nous produisons des expositions et des publications, nous considérons notre collection comme une ressource à développer et à partager; nous faisons avancer la recherche, nous offrons des programmes publics et nous organisons un éventail d’autres activités, curieux de découvrir comment l’architecture façonne – et pourrait remodeler – la vie contemporaine.
Fondé en 1979 par Phyllis Lambert comme une nouvelle forme d’institution culturelle et actuellement dirigé par Giovanna Borasi, le CCA est basé à Montréal mais opère à l’échelle mondiale grâce à des collaborations, des partenariats et des initiatives hors site.
La structure organisationnelle du CCA est organisée autour de trois secteurs : Opérations, Curatorial, et Avancement et Communication, favorisant la collaboration et une approche stratégique. Les fonctions d’Avancement et Communication sont étroitement alignées afin d’assurer une coordination efficace des actions de rayonnement, de visibilité et de soutien public.
About the CCA
The Canadian Centre for Architecture (CCA) is an international research institution and museum founded on the conviction that architecture is a public concern. We produce exhibitions and publications, develop and share our collection, advance research, offer public programs, and host a wide range of activities that explore how architecture shapes—and could reshape—contemporary life.
Founded in 1979 by Phyllis Lambert as a new type of cultural institution, and currently led by Giovanna Borasi, the CCA is based in Montréal but operates globally through collaborations, partnerships, and off-site initiatives.
The CCA’s organizational structure is centered around three areas: Operations, Curatorial, and Advancement and Engagement, fostering collaboration and strategic focus. The Advancement and Communications functions are closely aligned to ensure coordinated outreach, visibility, and public support.

Les Opérations du CCA : regroupant les secteurs Personnes et Culture, Finances, Bâtiments et terrains, Sécurité, Systèmes d'information et Médias Numériques, les Opérations du CCA jouent un rôle essentiel dans le soutien de la mission et du bon fonctionnement de l'institution. S’appuyant sur une culture collaborative, interfonctionnelle et fondée sur la confiance, elles veillent à l’alignement des activités quotidiennes avec la stratégie et les objectifs globaux du CCA. Les opérations se concentrent sur quatre piliers clés : Améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle, assurer la qualité et la conformité, gérer les risques et promouvoir la durabilité.
Sommaire de l’emploi
Le.la Chargé·e de projets, Affaires opérationnelles contribue à la réalisation des priorités institutionnelles en coordonnant des projets et initiatives transversales touchant les opérations, l’expérience employé·e, la conformité, la gestion de l’information et l’amélioration continue.
En étroite collaboration avec les équipes des Opérations, ce poste agit comme ressource de coordination entre les différents secteurs des Opérations, contribuant à faire progresser les projets, à soutenir la prise de décision, à faciliter la communication et à assurer l’alignement entre les différentes fonctions opérationnelles.

CCA Operations: Bringing together the People and Culture, Finance, Buildings and Grounds, Security, Information Systems, and Digital Media sectors, CCA Operations play a key role in supporting the institution’s mission and ensuring its smooth functioning. Rooted in a collaborative, cross-functional, and trust-based culture, they ensure that day-to-day activities are aligned with CCA’s overall strategy and objectives. Operations focus on four key pillars: improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality and compliance, managing risk, and promoting sustainability.
Job summary
The Project Manager, Operational Affairs supports the delivery of institutional priorities by coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives across the Operations division. The role contributes to a broad range of activities related to operations, employee experience, compliance, information management, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with teams across Operations, this position serves as a central point of coordination, helping to advance projects, support decision-making, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment across operational functions.
