We’re looking for a
Senior Video Editor
who excels at transforming raw footage and creative concepts into visually powerful, high-converting video ads.
You’ll lead the post-production process—from storytelling and pacing to color, sound, and motion—producing content that captures attention and drives measurable results.
What You’ll Do

Lead video editing for
short-form social ads (5–60s)
across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and display placements.

Craft compelling narratives that align with campaign goals and performance metrics (CTR, CAC, ROAS, watch time).

Integrate motion graphics, typography, and sound design to enhance storytelling and brand recognition.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop and refine ad concepts based on real-time data and trends.

Maintain high production standards—color grading, audio mixing, pacing, and finishing for all formats.

Manage an efficient workflow including version control, structured file management, and delivery timelines.
What You’ll Bring

2+ years of professional video editing experience
, ideally in performance marketing or content-driven campaigns.

Expert in
Adobe Premiere Pro
and
After Effects
; proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Cinema 4D is a plus.

Strong storytelling instincts—knowing how to capture attention in the first seconds and sustain engagement.
