
As a member of the Operations Digital Transformation Team, you will support daily operations through data analysis, project coordination, and digital tool adoption. This role works closely with operations teams to improve efficiency, support business initiatives, and contribute to ongoing digital transformation projects.
Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in data analysis, project coordination, or operations support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Experience in QSR, FMCG, Food aggregator, or Retail industry.
Experience supporting digital transformation, system implementation, or process improvement projects.
