We are seeking an exceptional Head Coach on a fixed-term contract to lead our WBBL program for the 2026 season. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced high-performance coach to shape an elite campaign, work with world-class athletes and staff, and lead one of the competition's most recognised teams during Australia's premier domestic T20 competition.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Female Cricket, the WBBL Head Coach is responsible for creating a high-performance environment that enables players and staff to perform at their best. You will provide strategic and technical leadership across all aspects of the program, including training, match preparation, game strategy, player development, team culture and selection, while working closely with Cricket Victoria's multidisciplinary support staff.
As one of the public faces of the Melbourne Stars, you'll also represent the club through media, commercial and community commitments, while building strong relationships with Cricket Australia, sponsors and key stakeholders.
