Salesforce Developer Salesforce IAM

CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer IAM Okta to support enterprise identity and access management initiatives within a Salesforce environment. This role focuses on Salesforce development, Okta administration, and deployment of secure authentication solutions with an emphasis on Okta Fastpass.

Responsibilities:

• Lead installation configuration and deployment of Okta Fastpass across enterprise environments
• Support rollout of Okta Fastpass within Salesforce environments
• Manage day to day Okta administration including provisioning deprovisioning access requests and group management
• Serve as primary escalation point for SSO MFA and authentication related issues
• Design develop test and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components Visualforce and SOQL
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce Okta and third party enterprise systems
• Support REST and SOAP API development and integration efforts
• Partner with security teams to ensure Salesforce aligns with Zero Trust and IAM best practices
• Maintain platform security and access controls within Salesforce
• Troubleshoot identity federation and access management issues

Requirements:

• 3 or more years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Hands on experience with Okta administration
• Experience deploying and supporting Okta Fastpass
• Strong knowledge of SSO SAML OIDC OAuth and MFA
• Experience with Salesforce development including Apex Lightning Web Components triggers and integrations
• Experience with Salesforce declarative configuration
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting identity and access management workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Okta Certified Professional certification
• Okta Certified Administrator certification
• Experience with enterprise security programs
• Experience working within highly regulated environments
