The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple client accounts, ensuring project execution, client satisfaction, and leading project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manages end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery of high-quality outcomes
- Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, requirements, and ongoing communication
- Provides regular project status updates and ensures overall client satisfaction
- Identifies, assesses, and mitigates project risks to avoid delays or quality issues
- Ensures adherence to deadlines, budgets, and compliance standards (including ISO requirements)
- Coordinates internal and external resources, ensuring teams have the tools and information needed to execute tasks effectively
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and Supply Chain to allocate and manage project resources
- Handles project financials, including quotations, POs, invoicing, and monitoring project profitability (P&L)
- Defines and implements project workflows, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives (including post-mortems and CAPAs)
- Resolves issues and escalates critical risks or client concerns when necessary
- Supports forecasting, planning, and execution of account growth opportunities
Requirements:
- college degree or equivalent in Business, English, Foreign Language, Social or Applied Sciences, or related field
- Three to five years of hands-on experience coordinating projects within the localization or translation industry
- Successful customer service/account management experience, generally a minimum of two years
- Computing skills, including experience with TRADOS or other translation management tools (CAT, or Computer Aided Translation tools) and publishing applications (e.g., FrameMaker, InDesign, etc.)

- Demonstrated successful leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Verbal and written fluency in at least one foreign language a plus
- PMP Certification a plus
