Senior Salesforce Developer With OmniStudio & Agentforce

Tekgence Inc is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer with deep hands-on expertise across OmniStudio and broader Salesforce multi-cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and will be responsible for developing advanced OmniScripts, FlexCards, and integrating solutions across various Salesforce clouds.

Responsibilities:

• OmniStudio Development (Managed Package Runtime)
• Design and develop advanced OmniScripts for complex guided user flows
• Build scalable, reusable FlexCards (Vlocity Cards) for customer and agent interfaces
• Develop optimized DataRaptors (Extract, Load, Transform, Turbo)
• Implement high-performance Integration Procedures with efficient orchestration
• Apply Vlocity Templates for UI/UX consistency
• Work within the managed package runtime, ensuring proper use of namespaced objects and components
• Salesforce Multi-Cloud Delivery
• Deliver solutions across: Sales Cloud – automation, data modeling, complex business processes
• Experience Cloud – portals, authenticated experiences, security models
• Data Cloud – data unification, identity resolution, insights activation
• Build scalable, performant enterprise solutions involving multiple Salesforce clouds
