They are seeking a DevOps Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes environments, and enhance software delivery processes. The role involves collaboration with multiple teams to improve operational efficiency and ensure the reliability of applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and automated application deployments
• Manage and support Kubernetes environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance of containerized applications
• Implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD for automated, consistent, and secure application deployments
• Create automation scripts and tools using Python to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency
• Monitor infrastructure and application health, proactively identifying and resolving performance or reliability issues
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to enhance software delivery processes and deployment strategies
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and production issues through root cause analysis
• Implement security best practices, compliance requirements, and operational governance across DevOps platforms
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize platform reliability, automation, and overall DevOps maturity
