The Manager, Sales will lead a team of Account Executives to sell SaaS products to the Mid-Market segment, manage sales strategies, and ensure successful client partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team of direct sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Develop sales strategies, set goals, analyze data, and monitor KPI performance to drive growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales development to execute revenue campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps to monitor and manage KPI reporting
- Run a monthly performance management cadence
- Lead your team on proactive outbound sales and lead-qualification
- Partner with your reps on customer sales cycles, presentations, and engagements
- Responsible for the career and skill development of your team
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Inside Sales Management or leadership experience in technology/software, human capital technology preferred
- Shown success with managing, motivating and developing an inside sales team
- Experience with prospecting, lead generation/qualification, and customer/prospect follow-up
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Experience with presenting product materials, sales webinars and seminars as required
- Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in various social media tools, Salesforce and/or other CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
