The Data Analyst / Engineer role involves designing and developing menu products, analyzing pricing, and fulfilling requests from franchisees, while ensuring quality assurance in data management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create menu products, bundles, and promotions to support KFC and multi-brand menus utilizing Byte Menu Management
- Analyze menus and pricing from Legacy Client Database system in order to build accurate menus and pricing for restaurants as they convert to new POS system (Byte)
- Create menu data and execute pricing for national promotions and market tests for KFC, and multi-brand initiatives
- Project team participation for functional specifications and delivery plan of products
- Fulfill menu and pricing requests from franchisees and brand marketing partners
- Assist in the support of all Data Management roles including but not limited to digital and POS menu channels
- Fulfill support requests utilizing Service Now portal. Fix pricing and menu errors promptly as they come in
- End-to-end testing of data changes for Byte POS, kiosk, and digital channels
- Focus on the quality of technology solutions and support for end users
Requirements:
- Designing and Development (70%) - with support from their coach

- Fulfill menu and pricing requests from franchisees and brand marketing partners
- Assist in the support of all Data Management roles including but not limited to digital and POS menu channels
- Fulfill support requests utilizing Service Now portal. Fix pricing and menu errors promptly as they come in
- Quality Assurance (10%)
- End-to-end testing of data changes for Byte POS, kiosk, and digital channels
- Focus on the quality of technology solutions and support for end users
- Candidate needs own windows PC with two monitors and a very good broadband connection
- Prior experience working in multiple databases and structures
- Experience working in a team environment with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work Mon-Fri 9:00-6:00 (Eastern time) 40 hours per week
- Assignment is expected to last for 1-2 years
