Founding Full-Stack Engineer — React/Next.js + Python (Part-Time/Equity-Only)

Really Global is building the world's first truly global, provider-centric mental health marketplace. They are seeking a senior full-stack engineer to build features and APIs that will support a billion users in finding mental health care.

Responsibilities:

• Build core platform features and APIs — discovery, matching, booking, scheduling, messaging, provider operations
• Focus on data modeling, edge cases, and architecture decisions that actually matter
• Develop AI-powered booking and live translation — real-time audio translation and frictionless booking
• Ship production software serving real users in 200+ countries, carefully, reversibly, and under review
• Automate processes and utilize tooling to enhance productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

• Senior full-stack engineer experience
• Proficiency in React and Next.js
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience in building production software
• Ability to operate independently without management
• Experience with AI and automation tools
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in shipping features that users depend on
• Self-motivated and driven by ownership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with GitHub and Jira
