Growth Marketing Manager

RefillGenie is a same-day bridge prescription refill service, seeking a growth marketer to help scale their operations. The role involves managing paid media campaigns, optimizing website performance, and exploring new growth channels to increase customer acquisition without raising costs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize existing Google and Meta ad campaigns
• Identify, test, and scale new paid channels (TikTok, Reddit, sponsorships, programmatic, etc.) where they make sense for our audience, budget, and goals
• Improve website performance across the funnel
• Develop and test new paid landing pages, with a hypothesis-driven approach to what you build and why
• Identify and test non-advertising growth channels: organic content, partnerships, affiliates, and other underused levers
• Build and manage relationships with partners where it makes sense to formalize a channel
• Design and run pricing and offer tests grounded in customer research and competitive/industry analysis
• Translate test results into recommendations that the team can act on

Requirements:

• Experience directly running paid media campaigns (Google + Meta required) with budget accountability
• Demonstrated conversion rate optimization experience — you've built and tested landing pages, not just requested them from other teams
• Comfort operating without a big team or an existing playbook — we're looking for someone who is scrappy, resourceful, and self-driven
• Experience with at least one of: organic/content growth, affiliate or partnership programs, or pricing/offer testing
• Strong analytical instincts — you're comfortable in ad platforms' reporting, GA4 (or similar), and spreadsheets, and you draw your own conclusions from data rather than waiting to be told what it means
• Excellent written communication — most of our collaboration happens asynchronously
• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or another regulated/trust-sensitive consumer category
• Experience with subscription or recurring-revenue pricing models
• A track record of finding a genuinely new channel for a business, not just optimizing an existing one
