Business Intelligence Analyst

CodeVertex Innovations LLC is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to support reporting, data analysis, business insights, and data quality workflows. This role helps turn structured information into clear, useful reporting for operational decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, organize, and validate data for reporting and operational review
• Build or maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, reports, and documentation
• Identify trends, inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
• Communicate findings clearly through summaries, charts, and structured updates
• Maintain data quality, repeatable reporting workflows, and accurate records

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets, reports, and data
• Ability to organize information clearly and explain findings in practical terms
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, dashboards, or reporting tools preferred
• Reliable communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and consistency
• Experience supporting remote teams or documentation-heavy workflows
• Comfort using common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting systems depending on role
• Ability to maintain accuracy across recurring tasks and internal systems
